Live at Illfm at The Others, London 2011.
This is a work in progress, 3 min preview of my new piece Henry & Moor.
Is a performance about Castleford, birthplace of Henry Moore and sound sculpture.
...'I had a dream about Henry Moore, that someone had rammed his sculpture, crashing into it while joyriding, and that it had'nt budged the sculpture, it was now inside the centre of the car, squashing the seats out the way, still on its plynth'...
Everywhere around Castleford was a slag heap, mini-mountains made from unusable coal dust. Next to post-industrial decay. Surrounded by Henry Moore and legacies of coal mining.
Henry & Moor is a perfomance with sound, video and live processing through MAX/MSP / Ableton M4L software.
